Benefits

We offer our colleagues a range of benefits in addition to a competitive salary. You can download a summary of the range of additional benefits, which include:

Pension

We contribute 8% - 15% of your salary into your pension (dependent on age). In addition, we match any additional voluntary contributions you make up to an additional 3%.

Time off

Annual leave

We offer at least 25 days' annual leave each year. This increases to 30 days after 5 years, and senior grades receive 30 days on joining us. In addition, all staff receive paid Bank Holidays and an additional 3 NCI days (to be taken at Easter, in May, and at Christmas). Colleagues working part-time receive a pro-rata leave entitlement.

Family friendly policies

We offer a range of support for families including maternity and adoption (up to 39 weeks full pay), paternity (up to 16 weeks full pay) and the option for shared parental leave.

Public Service & Charity leave

Colleagues are able to take up to 18 days' paid leave for certain public service roles (e.g. Magistrate, Local Councillor, School Governor etc). Up to 5 of those days may be used for volunteering with a charity.

Hybrid working

Most roles are available to work in a hybrid way, with people spending their time split between working from our offices in Westminster and working remotely. The specific arrangement will depend on the nature of your role and will need to be discussed with your line manager.
